Each bag is hand-crafted by us in Italy, knot by knot, in 100% pure Italian satin. Every bag is made to order. Yours is made when you order it.
Can I Customize My Bag?
Yes. You can choose the model, the satin color, and for our Plume line, the feather accent. Tell us what you have in mind through our Create Your Dream Bag page, or message us on WhatsApp.
How Do I Care For My Satin Bag?
Acqua tiepida e sapone. Gently spot clean with warm water and soap. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or water. Handle the satin with care.

Shipping and Returns
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders over €100 ship free. Rates and delivery times for your location are calculated at checkout.
What If My Bag Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your bag. It should come back unused, in its dust bag, with the thank-you card. If your bag arrives damaged or defective, let us know as soon as you can and we'll cover return shipping and make it right. Reach us at info@thebond.it or on WhatsApp.
